Artist Note - "I have suffered from Attention Deficit Disorder all my life. Although much more in control, it is always there in the shadows waiting to wreak havoc and chaos in my day to day life. Can't tell you how many times I've driven miles only to realize I forgot my wallet. Thanks to technology, I have my digital wallet which I use often. We have keys hidden so we don't get locked out of the house, back of this or that just in case. I have learned to create some systems which help to manage this frustrating disability. I have found that the best way to manage A.D.D as an adult is to keep my mind and heart at peace, and to take care of things when I think of them rather than procrastinate. With emotional pain management, along with being more "disciplined" in how I conduct my activities, I have managed to minimize the number of incidents, but they still happen. Just the other day I left the door open and the screen door unlocked as I walked out to the garage thinking I'd be "right back" but then got distracted and decided to run a few errands and pick up my daughter from work - with no recollection that I had left our home vulnerable. Luckily we live in a fairly safe neighborhood."

Nice abstract. Great ADD composition, color and texture. Nice touch with the shillouette.

Ken, Kudos, for this self-portrait, so brave. I honour your amazing ability to accept your fate so graciously, graphically. I speak thus because I have seen, suffered this with another, graceless, destructive. YOU ARE A BEACON, of LIGHT, OF HOPE! FAITH! VIVA 🙏

Glad you received the email...this is part of me, but not all of me. It often helps with art though - chaos and the creative mind. LOL
