Beyond Beautiful! I promise you, dawn’s early warmth, so deserved, for your perseverance. You WILL see The Light! FOREVERMORE! All your tomorrows, dear , brave, poetic, Ken, my Friend. SEEK and you shall find! Never alone! HE is protecting you. Listen. KNOW! ..V .. WITH THEE 🙏

Ken Walker replied:

...and you know I am reaching out into the distance looking for clarity. For now it's a bit murky, but I take comfort that I am not alone.

Artist's Description

Abstract inspired by the artist's personal journey through uncharted territory. The painting was also inspired by the movie DUNE, the harsh sand storms on Arrakis, where the sun is blotted out making the path ahead impossible to traverse - much like the artist's own path in to the immediate future.

Through A Glass Darkly

The One who sees, be kind,
for I am blind. Each morning,
let Your sweet mercies spring up
hope eternal.

I peer through, a glass
darkly, yearning into focus
the unknowable. Light
the shadows aflame, for the dead
stumble in the darkness, void
of dawns eternal warmth.

If you've taken the time to read this, then you deserve something more, something more personal and heartfelt to get to know me as an artist and as a person. To understand the art, it is good to understand the journey the artist takes: The joys and scars along the way. Take a moment to experience my work, and you'll notice a common thread: Hope and Healing. Communicating all I've learned in...
