Artist Note: "Life is about balance. extremes never fully serve us. In this day in age, a lot of positive messages have surround the notion of diving deep into "YES!" and this is wonderful. To let fear and doubt rob you of the wonders of this life is nothing short of heartbreaking madness and YET, if "NO" can be just as powerful and not to be discarded. We should say NO to fear, pain, depression, injustice, and anything that interferes with living a life of fullness and love. Often we need to tell our inner selves a big resounding NO when our thoughts and/or actions do not serve us well. This I have to admit is not something I have mastered: When to say YES and when to say NO. But I know to keep working at it."
