A lovely image and a very insightful poem! Life does have a tendency of leading us astray not only through calamity but also through wrong decisions. I look at it as a maze we have to find our way through. It's really tough at times, but worth the fight once we find peace, wisdom, and divine guidance!

Ken Walker replied:

And I found the way through is by looking back through the wounds I've held onto - they blind me to the traps and hidden corridors before me...once I deal with them, the light of truth shines a clear path. In this current crisis that sparked the poem, I was running away from the pain - but forced to finally deal with things....and once again, the path is getting clearer.

Wonderful, Ken. A brilliant painting, great title, and, your strong Prose/the warnings, not always seen, heeded..........the lesson? ...don't look back, go forth against the demons, defeat the infiltrators, listen to the Red harbinger, ACT !!!!! to dispel danger!

Ken Walker replied:

Will do, and not alone.
