Unique and precious, we are
flowing vibrant colors of possibilities, wonderfully
different, a confluence of opposing forces.
The fragrance of new creation dwells in unity
of spirit. Beyond
man’s wisdom lies
the law of the heart: Imperfect, we are
worthy of love.

Artist Note - " 'Imperfect, we are worthy of love' I think this is the core belief that evades many people today - for themselves, and then outwardly to others. I have been reading "The Shack" and near the end there is this wonderful scene describing how each person exudes color and light - unique, but also interacting with one another to create a new color, a new pattern of light bursting - the beauty of relationship. It really struck me how important this connection is - and at the start of it all is love. We do not have to agree with each other's views on life, politics, religion, etc - BUT if we choose to hold fast to LOVE in its purest form, then those things become so un-important, because the focus is this truth that our hearts are worthy of love, imperfect as they are. I believe that when we choose to do this, we can truly "get along" with others who are different, who are at different points long the "line", this journey of life. I think this is a great place from which to start 2022!"
