Artist's Description

Abstract inspired by the jazz ballad "Black Pearl" by Harrison and Blanchard.

- "This is my favorite all time classic jazz ballad, especially while driving at night. This song used to be on constant rotation on those endless nights driving for Uber. As for "Black Pearl", it started with a challenge to use a more minimalist approach. The graphic sphere here was a happy accident, which once I had created that, the rest fell into place and the vision for the final painting took shape!"
